About Me
Hi! My name is Tayler, and I am a practicing Holistic Nutritionist and 200-Hour Yoga Teacher from a small town outside of Ottawa, Ontario. My passion for holistic wellness began with my own health challenges, sparking a deep desire to explore true health. This led me to study Holistic Nutrition at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN). I love lifting weights, spending time outdoors, and cooking a good meal with the people I love.
