Your Holistic Nutritionist
My Story
Thank you for visiting The Wright Wellness! My name is Tayler, and I’m a passionate Holistic Nutritionist dedicated to empowering women to take control of their health and well-being. I’m excited to share this journey with you and to help you discover the radiant, balanced life you deserve.
Where it Started
My journey into holistic wellness began in middle school, when I was first introduced to the weight room. I was instantly hooked and found exercise to be therapeutic through the ups and downs of my adolescent years. This excitement and curiosity led me to pursue a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion, followed by certification as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
Studying at CSNN was a transformative experience for me. I realized that while food has the power to heal, much of what we consume today is stripped of nutrients and filled with harmful ingredients that contribute to dis-ease. This revelation ignited a passion within me to educate others on the importance of nourishing our bodies with natural, nutrient-rich foods, embracing stress reduction practices, cultivating a positive mindset, and reconnecting with the earth.
Breaking Up With the Pill…
During my nutrition studies, I made the decision to quit birth control after being on it for nearly a decade. What followed was a flood of challenging symptoms—persistent breakouts, severe mood swings, anxiety, depression, weight fluctuation, fatigue, and amenorrhea.
For over two years I sought out answers, trying different health modalities and products in hopes it would clear my skin, regulate my cycle, and make me feel less crazy the week before my ‘bleed’. I was so defeated. I felt like a failure for having studied and learned so much about holistic wellness to still be dealing with my own health imbalances.
Divinely Guided
What I didn’t realize at the time was that studying Holistic Nutrition would become the catalyst for truly taking control of my own health. It wasn’t until I started practicing what I preach and took a hard look in the mirror that I began to see real improvements.
I am grateful for my journey as it has allowed me to connect with my passion for holistic wellness. I hope to educate and advocate for all women who have sought out answers to only be prescribed synthetic hormones, antibiotics or any other ‘skincare’ drug that work as a bandaid effect to mask symptoms. You are not crazy. How you feel is valid. You have my support.
How it Came to Be
I founded The Wright Wellness with the belief that every woman deserves to feel vibrant, balanced, and empowered in her own skin. My approach is rooted in the understanding that health is deeply personal and multifaceted. Whether you’re dealing with hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, or simply feeling out of sync with your body, I’m here to support you with a compassionate, evidence-based approach gained through my own experience and knowledge.
This business is more than just a profession for me—it’s a calling. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow. I believe in the power of education and empowerment, and I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
You have immense wisdom and power within you; sometimes, it just takes a shift in perspective to uncover it.

My Background
Fitness
My journey into the world of health and wellness began in high school when I was first introduced to weightlifting. I felt empowered and strong in my body and knew I wanted to share with others the mental, emotional and physical benefits of exercise. I decided to enrol in the Fitness and Health Promotion program at Algonquin College, where I earned my diploma and personal training certification.
Nutrition
My studies didn’t stop there; I continued at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and attained my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. This program was incredibly enlightening, and revealed to me how little our society understands nutrition and the importance of fuelling our bodies for preventive health.
Yoga
In 2023, I made the life-changing decision to leave my corporate job to pursue my dream of completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training abroad. I immersed myself in the study of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Nāda yoga at Ravi Marga Yoga School. This profound experience brought me deep spiritual resonance and enlightenment, for which I am incredibly grateful.
Herbal Medicine
I am currently enrolled at Pacific Rim College in the Community Herbalist Program. Herbal remedies have been used for centuries across various cultures for their natural healing properties. As I continue my studies, I hope to integrate herbal remedies into my practice to offer a balanced approach to health that works in harmony with the earth.
